This course is designed to assist operators, harbour masters and contractors undertaking towage work and when risk assessing towage operations, and to enable individuals to demonstrate competency to carry out such work in a simulated environment. This course is suited for those wanting to transition into the tug industry.

Assessment Procedures
Assessment will include written tests and demonstration of practical skills. 100% attendance and involvement in all practical activities is required for successful completion.
